Beach is nearby but the South Lake Tahoe is not a happening place in general compared to North. Amenities were more than sufficient but were just unclean.

What i did like was the Location, it was very clean, bed was very comfortable. The temperature outside was very cold, 29 F. But inside was very warm, heater worked very well. We had a snowstorm Which dropped over 4 feet of snow And we were very comfortable and warm..

Good price/quality ratio for this motel. Its one of the low priced (paid $---) so not expect 4 stars! Small hot&cold breakfast included! The bed was clean, room ok, with enough space for two. Bathroom was clean and had all supplies needed. Enjoyed my stay.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. I am very grateful to their maintenance department for the assistance we received in removing a snow chain from one of my tires that had gotten jammed and wasn't comming off.

Room was clean & Quite; nice area Heidi's breakfast across the street is convenient & Cvs also a liquor store across the street and good food options too.(Great Cannabis club across the street) Offices provides coffee every morning @ 8am (Owners)Ravi & his wife were very polite too.
